Terms and conditions
General
These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from Fur for Life. By ordering goods from Fur for Life you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms. The supplier of the goods featured is Fur for Life, VAT No. GB 932 4471 30

Orders
A contract is formed between Fur for Life and you when we despatch the goods you have ordered. Until the goods are despatched, the order may be cancelled. Exceptions apply to personalised items and goods made to your order, which cannot be cancelled once you have received email confirmation that your order has been accepted. Returns
You may return any item free of charge within 14 days of receipt, in a new and unused condition. If you return items after this time we may refund only the current or last selling price of the item. Returned items which are not in new or unused condition or which are returned after the approval period may not be credited to your account unless they are faulty. If you return the whole order we will not refund the shipping charge as this part of our service to you has been completed.
You must return items which are faulty, do not fit their description, or do not meet with your instructions, within 14 days in a new and unused condition. If your order is damaged in anyway once you receive it, please phone us straight away.
Returns by Post
To return by post call 01580 819141 to request a returns label, then take to your nearest post office.
Returns for customers who have paid by credit/debit card
Returns are charged at £2.50. To return by post contact 01580 819141 and we will send you a pre-paid label. Any charges will be deducted from your credit/debit card prior to any refund.
Payments
By credit & debit cards
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We are unable to accept Cards that are due to expire within the next 5 days. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained.

Prices
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. The correct price will be shown on your delivery note. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within fourteen days and is in new condition. All prices shown are cash prices in sterling. We reserve the right to alter or amend the credit charges, to accept or reject orders, to request part payment.
Complaints
Fur for Life welcomes and learns from complaints. We aim to deal with complaints speedily and sympathetically. All complaints are logged, investigated and replied to.
Financial Complaints - Where complaints related to the consumer credit offer are not resolved to the customer's satisfaction the customer may have the right to refer their complaint, in writing, to the Financial Ombudsman Service, for independent investigation. Details will be provided as appropriate.

Shipping And Handling
Delivery costs are detailed on the website. Any additional costs will be notified to you by email at the time of order, or if the order is by telephone then any additional delivery costs will be advised of at the time the order is made.
Cancellations
As all items are made to order, cancellation is not possible once the order has been confirmed. This is due to the products' bespoke nature.
Guarantee
All of our products carry a 12 month warranty.
We reserve the right to inspect claims under the above warranty prior to any settlement being authorised.
